will be appearing Saturday July 12, 2008, at the Family Fun Day in Phelpston, Ontario!
This event has been organized in order to raise money for a local family that has been dealing with a difficult medical issue
with their six year old girl. Phelpston is located north of Barrie, off of highway #27. Turn West on Flos concession
#4 in Fergusonvale. This is south of Elmvale. The event will be held at the ball park and will run from 11:00
am to 4:00 pm. Other bands performing will be JAXTER and VITAL ORGANS!! All are encouraged to come out and support
this worthy cause!
What a great event!!! Thank you to all of those who came out to cheer on the boys and raise a glass for
Camp Master John Fisher when Shinny performed at Henley Island to celebrate John's retirement! The
weather was perfect, the dancers danced and the drink was flowing!!
Shinny will once again appear at the Shanty Bay Fall
Fair and Music Festival on Saturday September 15th 2006. Shanty Bay is a lakeside
community just North of Barrie off of highway 11. Get off Hwy 11 at Oro Line 2, turn right, drive towards the lake
and follow the signs!!! It will be the usual craziness!
A great time was had by all at the sold out event held for Danielle and Andrew in St. Catharines last weekend.

Shinny's played at a private event on April 1st at the C.A.W. Hall in St. Catharines. It was
not an April Fool's joke! A great time was had by all!
Shinny helped raise funds for Hospice Niagara on March 14 at a St. Patrick's event in St. Catharines.
The band would like to thank the organizers of this event and all of those who came out and showed your support for this very
important and worthwhile cause! Money was raised to help the organization build a new facility that will allow them
to offer both short and long term care for members. Thanks again!
Shinny performed for the Government of Canada on June 16th at the Minisrty of Immigration Offices!
This was a dream gig as the band loves to sing about their homeland. The audience was wonderful! Thanks to all
of those who attended for your on-going support!

The band has preformed in areas all over south and central Ontario in pubs, bars, and at numerous private parties,
and has plans on expanding their touring schedule.
